EmEditor can be used in conjunction with the Document Viewer, which is a component of Microsoft Office. It allows the user to view one document on another PC.
Supporting OS
You can install it on all over OS including Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and Windows 1o. For instance, you can view Word documents on a PC that has Windows XP installed. You can also view Excel spreadsheets on a PC that has Windows Vista installed.
Furthermore, the Emulator can be used to copy any document. With this tool, you do not have to load the document in the text editor. Instead, you can select the “copy” option from the main menu of the Emulator.
If the document is already loaded, you will see a green arrow prompt. The user can also select “print” from the main menu to print a copy of the selected text document.
Lastly, the Emulator also allows the user to add, modify, and remove files and objects. For example, if the document requires the addition of a text box, then a drop-down menu will appear.
By clicking on the plus sign icon, the user will be able to add the text box to the selected document. Likewise, by clicking on the minus sign, the user can remove the text box from the selected document.
